Discover how design thinking methods can help overcome cultural barriers to change and unlock business model innovation in a professional services firm.

The Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN) is hosting an online Design Thinking for AI Forum on Thursday 16 September from 10:00-12:00. This is a great opportunity for FIG members to explore what design thinking is and how this approach can be used to unlock business model innovation in professional services businesses.

Delivered in partnership with Oxford Brookes University, NextGenPSF and SuperTech, this mini forum is designed for professionals, entrepreneurs, data scientists and engineers developing artificial intelligence solutions for the accountancy and legal services sectors.

Join the forum to hear more from businesses that have integrated design thinking into the development and application of AI technologies – and the startups who are driving innovation. During this interactive session, you will also gain the chance to put design thinking into practice.

Confirmed speakers include:

Sarah Blair, Thorntons Law | Steven Hassall, Frontier Labs | Danielle Costin, Shoosmiths LLP | Jaume Mora Pedros, Engine B |  Anthony Seale, Legatics | Hilary Smyth-Allen, SuperTech WM | Professor Tim Vorley, Oxford Brookes Business School | Dr Catriona Wolfenden, Weightmans LLP | Astrid Ayel, KTN
