Our Employment Law Update Seminar will give employers and human resources professionals a useful overview of forthcoming changes to employment law and key decisions by employment tribunals. Seminars are presented in a jargon-free way, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Aside from looking at key Tribunal decisions in our quick fire case law quiz, we will be reviewing new and proposed changes in legislation such as the Government’s Good Work plan that will have practical implications for employers and HR professionals.

Howes Percival Head of Employment partner, Paula Bailey, comments that “employment law is continually evolving so our seminars help employers keep on top of key changes”.

Our March event will cover the following topics:

• changes to the written statement of employment particulars;

• holiday pay reference periods;

• agency workers’ rights;

• proposed changes to the IR35;

• proposed future developments arising from the Good Work Plan and Brexit.

These are just some of the questions our employment law experts will be answering in this update seminar.
