Please join us for our December HR Energy event. Karen Leftey from Boomster Consulting will be our guest speaker and she will discuss the subject of Change Management. Whether it is in the workplace or as part of our home life, we all experience change at some point. Sometimes change is delivered through formal planning and projects, but on many occasions we simply adjust the way we do things without really considering the impact it may have on others.

This session will show you “what it will take” to deliver great change and give you a flavour of why and how people react when faced with change. You will leave the session having explored feasible ways to prepare for change and will gain practical advice to ensure that leaders within your organisation can deliver change more effectively.

Please join us!

Please note that HR Energy is a collaboration between Becky Wilson at Pure and James Kidd at Mills & Reeve to provide learning and networking events for local HR professionals.
