We are seeking an Insolvency and Recovery Administrator to support all administration activities within the Insolvency and Recovery Department. This is a great opportunity to join a small collaborative team and would suit someone who has in interest in the area and would like to grow their career.

This role will support the management team in ensuring that work is carried out in compliant manner and on a timely basis with the firms’ professional standards in mind. They will also work to satisfy the requirements of the clients. The successful candidate will ensure that the team members are fully supported to effectively provide an efficient service that meets or exceeds client expectations and supports the partner team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Very strong communication skills both written and verbally.
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Experience of using Microsoft packages including Outlook and computerised packages.
  • The ability to be empathetic and sensitive to clients individual financial circumstances
  • Strong organisation skills
  • An adaptable and tenacious attitude when working towards a solution
  • Confidence in developing relationships with people at all levels of the firm and with external training and service providers
  • Ability to multitask able to manage a number of different tasks to completion in a timely manner
