Motor Claims Handler

We have a great job opportunity for a full time Motor Claims Handler to join our friendly team in Norwich office.

  • No insurance experience needed.
  • Salary up to £22,000 to £28,000 (depending on experience)
  • Office based (1 day a week WFH possible when fully trained)

About the role

As a motor claims handler you will be the first point of call for clients who need to make an insurance claim and will assist the client throughout the claim process. You will be expected to deliver first-class customer service in a friendly and professional manner as part of a fast-paced and varied department. You will have ownership of a number of clients and deal with each claim from beginning to end.

What we’re looking for

This role will suit a self-motivated individual with strong Customer Service experience, excellent telephone manner and administrative skills with keen interest to work in insurance.

Claims handling experience within a broker is not essential as full training will be given.

You must enjoy working within a team with ability to work well under pressure. You will take a proactive approach to managing each claim and assist to resolve any issues in a timely manner and provide the best customer service to the client. This is an excellent opportunity for development and growth with a well-recognised insurance broker.
