We are looking for a Manager to join our Corporate Transactions team in either Norwich or Ipswich. As one of the largest and most progressive Corporate Transactions Teams in the region we have a strong pipeline of exciting assignments to deliver throughout 2024 and beyond.
If you are successful in your application this role offers a unique opportunity to work with a high-profile client base. You will be part of a cohesive team working on the most current and interesting confidential corporate transactions.
We are looking for a confident individual who will bring tenacity and adaptability when working towards a solution. You will gain exposure to a variety of assignments which include business sales, business acquisitions, due diligence, strategic planning to name a few.
Where appropriate there will be opportunity to study for the Corporate Finance qualification.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience of working on external client base
- Experience of operating in a professional accountancy practice or professional services environment
- Use of Microsoft suite packages and computerised audit packages
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Good communication skills both via phone and email
- Experience in Corporate Transactions
To be considered for this role you must be ACA, ACCA qualified or equivalent.
