About Abacus Accountancy

Abacus is a friendly and personal accountancy firm, covering everything from tax returns to payroll.

Abacus Accountancy may be a smaller local practice – we think of it as bespoke – but we offer all the services you expect from an accountancy practice, including accounts, tax, vat, payroll, and importantly provide general support and advice to clients throughout the year.

We are fully regulated by the Institute of Financial Accountants, and Peter’s qualification with them allows him to sign-off accounts and tax returns, but more importantly requires him to keep up to date with relevant legislation. In addition 2 of the team are AAT qualified, along with a book-keeper, an administrator, and a dedicated payroll team member.
