Nelsonspirit is an independent social impact business, based in Norfolk, providing leadership development through peer and leadership mentoring.

The Nelsonspirit Crew is made up of Business Leaders, Charity Leaders, Community Leaders and Future Leaders, from Norfolk, England. Members attend monthly morning meetings, in interesting outdoor locations throughout the county. Crew membership is open to any Norfolk Leader, who is able to sign up to our beliefs, and is prepared to make the commitment to engage with their peers. We are not a networking group. The emphasis is on how you can help all the others in the crew. Typically, a crew member is the senior person in their enterprise, usually the Managing Director / Chief Executive, who has at least 5 people reporting to them. Members come from a wide range of business and education backgrounds and include commercial enterprises, charities and not for profit enterprises, as well as professional firms, manufacturing, services and retail.

In addition to supporting, encouraging and developing the leaders of today, we offer internships, mentoring and financial support to the leaders of tomorrow.
