About Norwich Business Improvement District

Norwich Business Improvement District (Norwich BID) is a not-for-profit organization established in 2012 to support and enhance Norwich’s city centre for businesses, residents, and visitors. Funded and led by over 700 local businesses, Norwich BID focuses on initiatives that promote economic growth, improve the cityscape, and foster a vibrant community atmosphere.

Key areas of their work include:

  • Visit Norwich: Marketing campaigns and visitor resources to position Norwich as a premier UK destination.

  • Experience Norwich: Organizing events and city enhancements, such as Norwich Wine Week and Summer Sessions, to enrich the urban experience.

  • Invest Norwich: Supporting business development through initiatives like the ALERT crime reduction network and sustainability projects such as Upcycle Your Waste.

Through collaboration and innovation, Norwich BID aims to make Norwich one of the UK’s most desirable cities to live, work, and visit.
