About R Q Capital

RQ Capital is a private, independent property finance company based in Norfolk. When talking to us you are talking directly to
the lender which means you receive quick and measured decisions regarding your project financing. As a private company we
can be flexible on what we lend on.

Talking directly to the lender means there are no broker fees involved.

RQ Capital specialises in development finance and bridging facilities. The development finance primarily focuses on residential
development such as new builds, conversions, refurbishment and site purchases with planning in place. We will lend up to
100% of the development costs. If the end value allows we can also assist with purchasing costs.

We judge each potential loan on its merit and we will build a bespoke model for each opportunity.
