Passing the Baton. Making a success of succession.

Handing over the reins of a business is no small feat—and when it goes wrong, the consequences can be costly.

From value-destroying acquisitions to succession plans that fall flat, the risks are real. In this session, we’ll kick things off by exploring what truly makes a business valuable, before diving into the practical steps that can help avoid the common pitfalls of succession failure.

Expect a lively and insightful conversation, with plenty of room for your own experiences and observations.

We’re thrilled to be joined by Chris Sargisson and Mark Garner — two dynamic business leaders with a wealth of experience and stories to share
