Our Autumn Masterclasses series explores comprehensive strategies for driving business growth, tailored for organisations aiming for long-term success.

Whether you’re interested in organic, inorganic, or collaborative growth, this series has something for you.

The first session focuses on growing a business from within by leveraging existing resources. It covers market penetration, product development, market expansion, and diversification strategies. Through real-world examples and case studies, you’ll learn how to innovate and optimize operations to achieve sustainable, organic growth.

The Masterclass will last around two hours with questions and be of interest to senior decision-makers in organisations that are keen to scale-up.

Coffee or tea and exceptionally fine cake will be served

The new format means this series of Masterclasses will have fewer places available. To encourage commitment we are now charging £20 per session.

However, we will continue to cover the costs of these sessions and all ticket revenue will be donated to the Norfolk Community Foundation. Refunds will not be given for cancellations or non-attendance but you will feel the warm glow of knowing your money has been spent on helping someone!
