Traditional password-based systems have proven inadequate, leaving businesses and individuals grappling with the need for seamless yet secure experiences.

At this NBS Business Breakfast Series event, our panel of experts will discuss the Internet’s identity crisis and expose the transformative potential of mobile identity solutions. About the Speakers:

Gautam Hazari, CTO of Sekura.id, is a technology enthusiast and futurist dedicated to humanising technology. A passionate advocate for a password-free world, Gautam’s innovations in mobile identity APIs have revolutionised digital security. Leading the implementation of the GSMA’s Mobile Connect across 60 operators in 30 countries, he holds numerous patents in identity and access control. An advisor to startups and a TEDx speaker, he also writes extensively on AI, blockchain, and the Metaverse. Beyond technology, Gautam’s eclectic talents include playing more than a dozen musical instruments, underscoring his multifaceted brilliance in both tech and the arts.

Dr Fabio Motoki is a lecturer at the Norwich Business School (NBS) of the University of East Anglia (UEA). Dr. Motoki has industry experience in multinationals like Nestlé and Novartis and startups like Trustly, having worked with business analysis, data analytics and financial fraud prevention. He has also been involved in ground-breaking studies on generative AI, including recent work on measuring the political bias of ChatGPT featured in outlets like the Washington Post, Forbes, The Telegraph, and Times Radio.
