FIG Seminar Series: Workplace trends and legal developments for flexible working

Join us for an insightful seminar with FIGNorwich & Howes Percival on the latest workplace trends & legal developments for flexible working

Following the popularity of our last session on flexible and hybrid working, FIG is delighted to welcome back Laura Brown from Howes Percival. Laura will update us on recent legal developments regarding flexible working requests and will discuss the latest trends and challenges businesses face when adopting hybrid and flexible models.

Joining Laura on the panel will be:

  • Dr. Helen Fitzhugh from Norwich Business School at University of East Anglia. As a senior researcher and knowledge exchange fellow at UEA, Helen will share her insights on recent workplace trends around flexible and hybrid working and her perspective on the future of the workplace; and
  • Chloe Alexander, Head of Human Resources for Larking Gowen. A firm of chartered accountants and business advisors who operate a market leading benefits package with flexible working at its heart. Chloe will share how they make flexible working, work in a professional setting. They’ve recently been nominated for a national award for their work in supporting flexible working.

We hope you are able to join us!
